What I would like to see is the option to select this: "Greet your callers by name if they are recognized as an address book entry. ("Hi, Sam...") and offer Welcome Back Routing"
along with using your own recordings.
If a caller is an address book entry or they have called in previously it could behave just as it does now with the welcome back routing etc..
If there is no address book entry play our custom greeting.

Part of the issue is that the extension numbers change from standard greeting to welcome back greeting. My recommendation was for Ringio to offer "hard coded" routing - meaning that one could set that their routing started at # 2 so that one could have a custom greeting AND take advantage of the welcome back routing (the system would insert the welcome back routing ahead of the standard greeting and the extensions would not change between new callers and return callers).
