1 vote for SugarCRM. We're deciding being vTiger and Sugar at the moment--the prospect of a near-future Ringio -> Sugar plugin would be an important deciding point. Thanks!
Hi there! We'd love to start using Ringio but we require integration with our SugarCRM system. It would be great to have Ringio detect incoming calls and have the ability to place outgoing calls all through our SugarCRM instance. Any ideas on how soon this could be done? :)

Yeah, any estimate on when this will happen? We're looking into choosing between Fonality vs Ringio, and we'd love to have Ringio, but without a module inside Sugar, we can't do so...
