This would be more than just great.  It is a very important feature.  

Each user is given his/her own extension with the system, but there are various reasons why someone is not answering the phone.  Vacation/Sick/Holiday/On another call/Away from the desk/ etc.  

It is important for each user to be able to record his/her own greeting.  

It would also be nice to be able to record a separate greeting for the department.  It would be more professional to receive a voicemail greeting from a department rather than just one person in the department.  It would also allow other team members to hear the public department messages but not the private extension messages.

Finally - it would be important to have access to the voicemail from any phone, so we can pick up messages easily.

This is great... just wanted to make sure that this feature was still in the works because it is something that we definitely  want in place.

How soon will this be available?  Seems like a very important feature that needs to be released.
