Currently with Ringio if a business has several users and elects departmental options the probability of a caller being on hold for up over 30 seconds is likely. At least the on hold music is not hideous but after the caller hears the music loop 1 or 2 times he may become wary that he's going to reach somebody (and may feel that he's entered auto attendant hell).
So, could the on hold music be configured to deliver a message to the caller for every 20 seconds of hold time stating "we're still tying to locate your party, thank you for your patience". This might ease the mind of the caller that Ringio is indeed attempting to route their call properly.

This is a duplicate request for hold message improvements. I voted for both.
Thanks guys.
