Google contacts update interval and on-demand update

Hi,
How frequently does Ringio sync with Google contacts and is there a way (other than disconnecting) to request an update?

Every 5-15 minutes. And there is no way to request an update, you have to wait signed in your mobile/desktop application.
The preferred workflow for adding a contact is to do so in Ringio & then have it sync to Google.
