Would like production reports.
1. By user the outgoing and incoming calls. 2. By client /contact - who do they call the most. 3. Average time to answer the call. 4. Number of missed calls. etc...

Call accounting for incoming calls and call reports for user's are both very important features to me.
Call accounting.... I'm surprised more people aren't asking for this feature.
Wow, call accounting must only be for those of us that measure results. Yikes, surprised more subscribers aren't asking for this.
I would like to see reports for incoming calls by Department. I cannot find where in ringio desktop you can get these reports.
I just signed up with Ringio today after having been through virtualpbx and ringcentral in the last 30 days. This reporting is critical for us. Is there anyone that we could get an update?

This may not be for everyone, but you can get production report data today from Ringio.

Since this is still a custom process for us, we charge $5/report so if you wanted monthly figures it would cost you $5/mo, if you wanted weekly figures it would cost you $20/mo, if you wanted daily figures it would cost you $100/mo.
