Add a not-available toggle to leave / enter rotation (like Focus) with a few duration options:
- weeks/days/hours
- date and time to re-enter rotation
- until further notice

Agreed. Need a way for users to "sign out" completely when they are not available. Right now, I'm having to manually change their phone number when they are not available.
This is how we're planning to solve this feature, comments are welcome. (You may need to right click on the image and open in a new window to see it completely)

I downloaded the image and viewed the image in it's fullness. So in effect, the goal here is provide "calls receved" authority AT THE USER LEVEL, right?
The only enhancment I would like to see is with this enhancement as described is with the tab in the top right corner titled "What kind of calls would you like to received". Under this tab, please add the option to include any departments the user may have be assigned to by the Admin.
Adding departments to the list of calls that may be delivered will be huge for Real Estate Agency's, Insurance Office's of all types, and many, many other business's where a core group of people share responsibilities for multiple departments but do so on certain dates/times.
If you really wanted to kick Ringio up a notch, after adding departments as an option for call delivery, do two additional things:
1. Give the Admin the option of assigning whether a user had the permission to change the calls they receive. This should be a setting in the Admin panel under the User tab.
2. Then, give the Admin the option to establish an "Admin Created Schedule". This option will give the Admin the ability to create a date & time schedule for call routing for users. This also permits the Admin to utilize part time employees where 1 full timer works during the week to take routed calls but a part timer works the weekend to take those same calls. (IE: Suzy receives sales calls Monday & Tuesday but only takes Service calls Wed, Thurs, & Fri; Bobby receives service calls Mon & Tues but receives sales calls Wed, Thurs, Fri) You get my point?
While the final feature did not have as many options as the mockup above, we now have a utilitarian Check In / Check out function
Sam, thanks for the improvement. A previous revision enabled departments; This revision allows the user to permanently check in/out from either their PC or the Android device, which I like.
I do hope to see some improvements & added functionality to this Check In/Check out function in the future. Thanks for making this option better.
