idea says it all. Desktop app is available for a Mac so why not their mobile devices?
(From Sam: We now have a dedicated idea forum for the Ringio iPhone / iPad app -- all ideas welcome)

Our company runs macs, ipad, and iphones and it would he a huge time saver!
I'm getting an iPad and would love to use ringio on it.
An iPhone/iPad app would be most excellent! Please!
In your view, what would be most important things you would like the iphone version of Ringio to do?
Im an Android user, thats the main reason I signed up for Ringio, because of the Android App.
I think a great feature (not on android either) would be a way to sync your phone contacts with the App. Like facebook, when I sign into facebook, my facebook friends sync to my phone. With Ringio it would be opposite, phone contacts sync with Ringio app.
I know there is way way to make this work now, but I have multiple businesses, the google crm on my phone is not the business I use Ringio with.
Other then that just make the Iphone/Ipad app the same as Android. I have an Ipad so the app would be helpful .
We are planning on releasing an iphone version of the Ringio Mobile app this summer. More details to follow.
EDIT Jan 2012 -- I was clearly way overoptimistic :-(
Is there any updates on this? I'd love to use this with my agents to track calling leads that come into our Highrise. Would there be a way to create auto tasks and reminders to make calls too via the iphone/ipad or the desktop version?
Hello Sam,
In reference to your 04-May posting, would you mind to give an update on the iPhone / iPad mobile app?
brgs,
M
Hello all.... I still don't have a lot to report, but I thought you'd like to know that we now have a person on this project full time and that we're doing the prototyping and early stage research. My hope (and it is just that, a hope) is that we will have a beta in the fall. Stay tuned! --Sam
So now that we are 4 days into fall, any updates? :)
I am really wanting to get set up with Ringio for a new business venture - of course having your built in CRM from the start would be great. The iPhone/iPad functionality would really be key for the usability since we are doing a large number of mobile (i.e. on the go) services. I have signed up for services in the past based on "coming next season" type promises that never materialized, so it makes me anxious without having something more definite.
Hi Lindsey... fair to say we're behind our originally anticipated plan. But it's for the better, because the design and technology to implement it is getting stronger. I understand the concern about making promises and then you waiting forever. I can only tell you that there's a lot of customers wanting this and that it remains our top priority, it's just a very big project. --Sam
We really need an iPhone app - if you don't think you will have it by the end of the year can you let us know? Thanks!
I'm going throught the trial stages and see quite a bit of potential with Ringio. I'm even contemplating dropping our land lines and just use Ringio with our cellphones...which are all iPhones :-) The iPhone app hinges on this decision. As a web applications developer, I can appreciate the level of development that needs to go into creating a stable application that can be supported through the various upgrades of the phones (i.e. IOS4 > IOS5 > etc.). Any timeframe for planned releases? Thanks :-)
Hi everybody, wanted to drop by this thread to let you know that I understand how useful and urgent it would be to have an iOS app, and that this remains a top priority for our engineering team. I can't give you dates but I promise to share a bit more often and a bit more info about this project in the upcoming days. --Sam
Looking forward to it Sam. We're going through a major 6-8 day power outage here in the New England area (which has affected our VOIP as well) and a Ringio app for the iPhone would be great right now :-)
I appreciate that you guys are working on this...
Have you considered a phased approach for an iphone app? Right now I would be happy with just a dialer app - an app that would allow one to dial a number and have ringio ringback the iphone to connect the call (I'm on one of those cell plans that gives free incoming calls - so the ringer would benefit that as well as logging of calls). The other functionality that would be nice to have would be the ability to have access to an on/off switch to turn on/off taking calls from within the app like one can do on the desktop app.
Perhaps it wouldn't hurt to list the planned features of the iphone app and have the community vote on how important those features are to them..
@Michael - great idea!
@Michael, great idea... I will post the individual iphone features so y'all can vote on them independently. --Sam
@Sam - what's happening with iPhone app and/or your list of features to vote on? - Michael
Alright gents, finally we have a forum for discussing the iPhone / iPad Ringio app -- http://support.ringio.com/forums/20493101-iphone-ipad-app
The more feedback the merrier!
