Call Whisper not working for me

Hi there,
On the first day that I set up the system, call whisper was working. Since then, it hasn't been working. I don't know if I did something that now prevents call whisper from working. (It shows as being "on").
Any advice?

One thing that I've noticed that it's easy to miss is that Ringio will only whisper to you if you are not logged in to Ringio Desktop or Ringio Mobile... otherwise it will give you a screen pop.
Call Whisper is for when you're away from your computer... maybe that's the reason?
