Is there a way to "queue" calls. We often have multiple calls come in at the same time. These calls are going to voicemail or callback. We need to callers to stay on hold. Callbacks negatively affect our workflow by forcing us to play phone tag with customers. :)
Did I miss something when I set up my department?
