This feature would allow you to install a widget on your website and to publish a chat address that can be used via Google Talk so that your customers would be able to contact your company via chat, and you would use the Ringio app to answer the chats.
Ringio would potentially help you route the chats to the right person (e.g. a sales chat, a support chat, etc) and log the chat transcript for future use.
This is different from chatting between users of Ringio / employees / colleagues

Yes! We had been using volusion, but it became cost prohibitive. We are now using the *free* version, but we can only have one user on at a time.
If possible, I would like to be able to have "prompt" pop up as well. This gives us visibility to what people are looking at on our website and gives us the chance to ask if they need help when we see them on the site for an extended period of time.
