Duplicates of contacts created from integration

We just started using ringio, and have connected batchbook; now ringio has contacts, but lots of them have duplicates.  We may have had 2 users who had some of the same contacts that were pulled in. Is there a way for ringio to root out/fix the duplicates?

Greg, where are the duplicates, in Ringio or in Batchbook?

If in Ringio, a quick and easy solution would be to "Delete all Ringio contacts created by this plugin" checkbox + deauthorize the OneSaas plugin as in this image:

This should delete all the Batchbook contacts from Ringio.

Then you would go into Onesaas and make sure that you only have one copy of the contacts... then re-enable OneSaas.

If you get lost in all of this just open a support ticket and we can give you a hand...
