60 Second How-To: #6 Enable Call Whisper with Ringio

So, you may find the call whisper and screenpop accept/reject option really cool.  If you're on the run a lot and don't have the app running, you can answer a call and decide whether to accept it or reject it, this way you won't be caught off guard.  Of course, you could also set your incoming caller ID to be your Ringio company number so you know it's coming from your business line.


TIP: Ringio emails you and your users whenever someone leaves you a voicemail or callback request.  You can, of course, disable this in the admin web dashboard interface under Other Settings and Options.


TIP: Have you imported all of your contacts yet?  The sooner you do this, the sooner your contact records are attached to voicemails, call activity and more.  You can use Google contacts or the OneSaas plugin in the CRM section of the dashboard
