TIP: End users can change their password the Ringio application.  As the Ringio administrator, you can reset user passwords for them.

TIP: View your contacts by group in the Ringio application to see if your coworkers are on the phone, logged in, or available to take calls.

TIP: You need to invite a user after you add him/her in the Ringio web dashboard.  Inviting a user generates an email so they can set up their password to log into the Ringio application.  Users can belong to a department and receive calls without being invited.
