TIP: When someone calls your Ringio company number, all of your call activity (duration, date, time), and any notes you enter is automatically attached to that contact.  To do the same with outgoing calls, use the Ringio application. 

TIP: Don't be surprised to hear a call to your phone when making your first outgoing phone call.  Answer your phone when it rings!

It's Ringio calling you to connect you to the person you are dialing.  Ringio needs to do this to pass caller ID info and log your call activity.
