What it does

• Syncs your contacts from Salesforce CRM into Ringio
• Ringio keeps a log of all the phone calls from / to that contact
• All the Ringio users can access the CRM data
• Whenever you receive a call, quickly open the Salesforce CRM webpage for the contact who is calling you
