The Ringio Desktop application is a powerful lightweight CRM solution that allows you to effortlessly manage your contacts and notes with the call history.  The Ringio app is what your coworkers will be interacting with on a daily basis, and this video shares tips on maximizing the effectiveness of your calls.   The videos on this page will show you how to configure the Ringio application and make full use of it while you are receiving or making a call.

1. Configure your Ringio Desktop Application (< 9 minutes)

This video shows you how to use the Ringio Desktop Application to:

  • Toggling user availability with Taking Calls button
  • Configure users to receive calls at more than one phone
  • Customize the Ringio screenpop ringtone
  • Set the outgoing and incoming caller ID
  • View Ringio coworker call status

 

 

2. Use the Ringio application to make/receive a call and add/edit contacts during a call (<15 minutes)

This video shows you how to use the Ringio Desktop Application to:

  • Make an outgoing call (useful to pass your company phone number as caller id)
  • Receive an incoming call
  • End, mute, transfer a call and put a caller on hold
  • Save a contact's information and enter notes for a contact
