OneSaas is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud integration platform designed to solve the challenges of integrating separate Cloud-based or On-Site software solutions.

OneSaas seamlessly integrates the most popular platforms from CRM, eCommerce, Invoicing, Email Marketing, Event Management, Project and Team Management and Accounting simplifying and optimizing business processes.

Click here for a list of supported integrations:

Enabling the OneSaas Plugin:

1: Log into your Ringio dashboard and click on Ringio Plugin Marketplace.

2: Click on Install Plugin on the left column in the CRM Plugin Marketplace

3: Click on Authorize so the plugin can access your data.  Ringio will ask you to confirm your action.  Click Yes.

4: Create a new OneSaas account if you don't already have one.  If you already have a OneSaas account, click Sign in near the top (not shown, use the scroll bar to scroll up and down).   Fill out the form and click Register.

Note: There are free and paid versions of OneSaas accounts.  Check http://www.onesaas.com/pricing to find out what type of account you need.

Dashboard:

You will see the Dashboard for OneSaas.   You can access the dashboard directly while logged into your OneSaas at https://secure.onesaas.com/Admin.

If this is your first time using OneSaas, you will see a screen similar to below.  Click on connect to a new service to begin connecting to your CRMs or services.

Select the service you want to connect to and follow the instructions that follow.

Note:

1) Some services may have specific setup instructions.  For example, some of the integrations require that you connect to the service first before connecting through OneSaas.

2) Check this page for the direction of what fields (contacts, notes) get synced in which direction.  Not all fields can be synced, and certain CRMs are more limited than others.
