If it doesn't already exist, an integration API is very necessary. I can see several places where I would want my staff's activity to be integrated with my CRM systems, both for sales and for customer support.
I would like to be able to access ringio data from other applications via webservices, and I would also like to be able to post data directly to other applications from within the ringio desktop application.
I'm happy to be a beta tester if you need one!
Regarding your CRM integration, we use 2 products:
1.) vTiger - www.vtiger.com - for sales pipeline management
2.) SupportSuite - www.kayako.com - for realtime customer support and ticket management
An ideal integration for me would be an RESTful API that we write custom middleware code to integrate our applications together.

Sign me up for that one!
We have a custom CRM which already has all our customer account information. It would be great to have access to that information as soon as a call comes through based on the caller id. Usually we just log into the administrative site and look up the caller after they have already called. But since our phone book is already listed in Ringio, it would be great to have the phone book linked to our custom CRM.
This is complete and we'll be publishing the documentation in a few days
Fantastic! Can't wait to see the docs.
The site's not 100% ready (as the latin text shows :-) but check it out!

What is 100% ready and deployed is the API itself.
We would also like an integration with our CRM We are using Batchbook the website is :http://batchblue.com/
Now we synchronize the contacts via Goggle contacts but complete integration would be great!
