Be able to put a call on hold and make another call, or receive a call while on a call, and to create a conference out of multiple active phone calls.

Oh Sam, you are suggesting something that is dear to my heart. Conference calls in my business is a "must have" feature.

I didn't even realize this wasn't a feature. Isn't this possible on just about any other kind of phone?
Any eta on when we can conference in other calls onto an existing call? And have some kind of call waiting?
Unfortunately I don't have a timeline for this. That being said, if you are using a multi-line phone to receive your Ringio calls on, there's nothing that would prevent you from putting the caller received through Ringio on hold on the phone, then switch to another line on the phone and make a separate outbound call.

The scenario is someone important calls me. Because of the significance of the call, I want a co-worker to be in on the call also. On my iPhone they call this merging phone calls. Usually the term one hears for this is conference calling. Call it multi-line or whatever, but it seems like an important feature. I use x-lite and would be happy to upgrade it to Bria or another soft phone if they could facilitate this feature.
